Introduction

ResQ Health, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"), provides American Heart Association (AHA)-certified trainings, including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) training to healthcare professionals and the general public. By purchasing any of our offerings or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Services Provided

We offer blended learning training in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), utilizing the RQI Voice Activated Manikin (VAM) for skills assessment. All trainings and certifications are AHA-approved.

The RQI (“Resuscitation Quality Improvement”) program requires participants to complete online blended trainings and then pass a “skills session” in which the learner proves their practice skills on ar voice-activated smart manikin. Learners must complete both parts (online + a skills session) to receive your AHA-approved certification card. During the skills session, an instructor will not be present.

Our "No Fail Guarantee"

If you do not pass your skills session on the first attempt, you may retake it. If you are still unable to pass after the second attempt, we will issue a full refund. We will also reimburse you for the cost of a comparable local instructor-led training. This guarantee applies only to students who complete all required online modules and attempt two skills sessions. Refunds are limited to the original training fee and the enrollment cost of the designated local training; no other expenses are included.

Enrollment & Registration

To enroll in any of our trainings, you must complete the online registration form with accurate and current information. By registering, you confirm your eligibility for the training and that you meet any prerequisites, such as holding a valid BLS certification before attempting PALS and ACLS trainings.

Payment Terms

Training fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of any training or skills session.

ResQ Health utilizes Stripe to process all payments. We accept all major credit cards, Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, and Stripe Link.

Training prices are subject to change; however, you will be notified of any changes prior to registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Customers may not request or demand refunds, credits, or exchanges once a training has been purchased and access has been granted.

ResQ Health reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue a refund under limited circumstances, including but not limited to our No Fail Guarantee. Any such refund is voluntary and does not alter this general no-refund policy.

Chargebacks:

Initiating a chargeback (also known as a payment dispute) with your bank or credit card issuer after completing a purchase on this website is a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Any attempt to dispute or reverse a valid, authorized payment will be considered a breach of contract.

In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to:

• Reinstate the charge for the full training fee.
• Recover any additional costs associated with the chargeback process, including but not limited to bank fees, administrative fees, collection costs, and legal expenses.

You expressly authorize ResQ Health, Inc. to charge your payment method on file, or otherwise invoice you, for these amounts.

By purchasing any of our training options, you agree that you will not file a chargeback or dispute the payment with your bank or credit card provider. Instead, you agree to address all concerns directly to hello@resq.health.

Issuance of any AHA certification card constitutes complete fulfillment of our services.

Your purchase will be available for activation for one year from the date of purchase. After this period, the purchase will be forfeited.

ResQ Health reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your skills session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be notified and offered an alternative training date or a refund.

Fitness to Train

CPR is a physical skill. Participants must be in good physical health to perform CPR on a manikin. If you have any injuries or pre-existing medical conditions that may prevent you from performing CPR properly, you should not take this class. If you feel exhausted or strained at any point, you should stop and reschedule. ResQ Health, Inc. is not responsible for any injuries incurred during the skills session.

If you are not physically capable of passing the skills session, you can opt to receive a BLS Advisor card. There is no such thing as a PALS or ACLS advisor card. If you would like to receive the Advisor card, please make a written request tohello@resq.health

AHA Certification

Upon successful completion of the online course and skills assessment, participants will receive an official certification from the American Heart Association (AHA). Certifications are valid for two years from the date of issuance. It is the participant's responsibility to monitor the expiration date and renew their certification as necessary.

Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. By using our website and services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may collect personal information, including but not limited to your name, contact details, location, and payment information, for the purposes of registration and communication.

• Not copy, distribute, or exploit any content from the site without permission

Limitation of Liability

ResQ Health strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information; however, we do not guarantee that all content on our website or related materials is error-free or complete. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of our site or participation in our trainings, except where prohibited by law.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of New Hampshire. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Hampshire.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

ResQ Health reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the last update will be indicated at the top. By continuing to use our website and services, you agree to the updated terms.
